Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely enchanted by your Disney Fine Art purchase; if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of undamaged artwork in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-framed pieces and limited edition releases may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our guest services team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Artwork

    Carefully repackage your art in its original shipping materials, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our gallery team inspects the returned piece for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
